The recording room has excellent acoustics with a live sound at the drum end and a deadened area in the vocal tracking zone. The control room is separate and fully soundproofed from the recording room and both rooms feature soundproof ventilation, with the bandroom isolated on a floating floor. The deck area affords an inspiring view of native bush reserve.
